So many people have been talking about their morning routine lately and I’m all about it. As a morning person I love getting up early, brewing some coffee in my French press and sitting down with my journal for a few quiet moments before the kids get up. But other than it making a great Instagram post, what is the point of a morning routine anyways?
And if you’ve never been able to create the habit of doing one, is it even worth trying?
