This container gives you access to a process that helps you create sustainable success through Restful Ambition. Not another networking group, but a trusted circle of founders and a coach in your corner.
No surface-level networking.
No elevator pitches.
AÂ space to do the internal and practical work that actually moves the needle, alongside other seasoned women in business who get it.Â
For the woman who is ready to step more fully into her authenticity and power than ever before, and have fun doing it!
You've built a lot on your own.
Imagine what's possible with the right women beside you.
 THE RESTFUL AMBITION METHODÂ
Â
Most business advice focuses on what to do next.
We start with who you are while you do it.
THE BEING
-
Mindset — We start by shifting the beliefs that keep ambitious women overworking and undervaluing their work. The belief that you have to earn your worth. The belief that rest is something you get to have after you succeed.
-
Emotional Mastery — Unprocessed emotion is the most underestimated obstacle in a founder's business. Learning to process what comes up in real time changes the quality of every decision you make.
-
Nervous System Regulation — You cannot lead clearly, set boundaries confidently, or make aligned decisions from a dysregulated state. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
THE DOING
-
Values-Driven Goal Design — Once you know what your values are, your goals stop being about more for the sake of more. This is where ambition gets its direction back.
-
Time Management — The thing that pulls most founders away from their schedule is not more work that needs to be done. It is the people pleasing, the inability to say no, the boundaries that do not feel safe to hold. We create the practical structure of your days alongside the internal work that makes it possible to actually live it out day to day.
When the being and the doing work together, you don’t just create better results, you feel calm, clear, and more at home in the life and business you’re creating.
Â
This is for you if...
- You've built something meaningful, but what got you here isn't going to get you where you want to go next.
- You're the woman everyone relies on, and you're realizing how exhausting that can be.
- You are navigating a new season: motherhood, perimenopause, a growing team, or all of the above, and what used to work is not working now
- You don't need more information. You need support, accountability, and a place to process what's actually getting in the way.
- You want to make more money and work less, and you want a structured way to do it.
- You value both ambition and your personal life, and you're no longer willing to sacrifice one for the other.

WHY THE FOUNDERSÂ CIRCLE EXISTS...
Â
After coaching hundreds of business owners over the last 7 years and hosting more than 70 founders leading businesses, communities, and movements across Vancouver, I noticed a pattern.
The women around the table are building incredible businesses, leading teams, raising families, supporting clients, and carrying big visions for what they want to create in the world.
From the outside, most of us look like we have it all together.
But under the surface, we are carrying the same challenges: financial pressure, decision fatigue, isolation, self-doubt, and the feeling that everyone needs something from us.
Founders already have access to business advice.
They have networking opportunities.
They have access to endless podcasts, books, and courses.
What they don't have is a safe space to be fully honest.
A place to ask the questions they can't ask publicly.
A place to process the emotional side of leadership.
A place to be challenged, supported, and understood by women who truly get it.
Again and again, women would leave the dinners saying, "I wish this existed more often."
The Founders Flow Circle is my answer to that request.
It's a space for ambitious women who want a restful approach to growth. A place where personal growth and business growth can happen together. A place where you can build a successful business without losing yourself in the process.
Because success shouldn't require you to carry everything alone.

OUR FIRST GATHERING:
The Capacity Ceiling Workshop
AUGUSTÂ 2026 | Vancouver, BC
Â
Â
Your membership includes access to our quarterly in-person gatherings—intentional experiences designed to help you step away from the demands of running your business, connect with other founders, and grow alongside women who understand the realities of leadership.
Our first gathering begins with an afternoon paddleboarding in Deep Cove, followed by food, drinks, and conversation at Christine's beautiful home.
Together, we'll explore one of the biggest challenges founders face: becoming the bottleneck in their own business.
We'll discuss what it takes to grow beyond yourself as a founder and create a business that doesn't rely on you for every decision, task, and outcome.
Together we'll:
- Identify where you may be unintentionally limiting growth in your business
- Explore the mindset shifts required to move from operator to leader
- Uncover what makes delegation and hiring feel so difficult
- Clarify what only you can do—and what you need to let go of
- Learn how to create more capacity without sacrificing quality or culture
- Share lessons, challenges, and insights with founders navigating similar growth stages
- Build meaningful relationships with women who understand the responsibility of leading others
Expect fresh air, thoughtful conversation, practical insights, great food, and the kind of connection that's hard to find in traditional networking spaces.
You'll leave with greater clarity about your next stage of growth, renewed confidence in your leadership, practical ideas for creating capacity, and a community of founders who are cheering you on as you build.

HEY! I'M HEATHER.
I’m a speaker, author, certified coach, and founder who cares deeply about helping women build meaningful businesses and leadership in a way that feels sustainable.
Over the past several years, I’ve led mastermind groups, coached hundreds of female business owners, hosted 70+ women through Vancouver Founders Dinners, and built a six-figure business while raising three kids. I’m currently completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology, which shapes how I lead conversations, support founders' well-being, and facilitate growth.
I’m passionate about creating spaces where ambitious women can show up from rest, not hustle. Spaces that are strategic, supportive, grounding, growth-oriented, and deeply connected.
Because women leading teams, communities, and movements don't have to carry it all alone.
