FOUNDERS FLOW MASTERMIND AGREEMENT

This Mastermind Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Heather Boersma (“Coach,” “we,” or “us”) and the participant (“Client,” “you”) upon enrollment in the Founders Flow Mastermind (“Program”).

By enrolling in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Description

The Founders Flow Mastermind is a group-based coaching and mentorship program designed to support female founders and entrepreneurs in leadership, growth, nervous-system regulation, and sustainable success.

The Program may include, but is not limited to:

  • Group coaching calls

  • 1:1 coaching sessions (if included in your tier)

  • In-person experiences or retreats (if applicable)

  • Digital resources, recordings, and materials

  • Community spaces and group communication

Program start and end dates, delivery format, and inclusions are outlined on the sales page and/or onboarding materials.

2. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the full Program fee according to the payment plan selected at checkout.

  • Payments are charged automatically via the payment method provided.

  • If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for all payments, regardless of attendance, participation, or completion.

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file according to the agreed schedule.

Missed or Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, you will be notified and Stripe will automatically retry.

  • If payment is not successfully processed within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to pause or revoke access to the Program until the account is brought current.

  • Continued non-payment may result in removal from the Program, with no refund of amounts already paid.

3. No Refund Policy (Please Read Carefully)

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Personal, family, health, or business circumstances

  • Lack of participation or engagement

  • Dissatisfaction with results or outcomes

  • Early withdrawal from the Program

By enrolling, you understand that the Program requires personal responsibility, effort, and engagement, and that results cannot be guaranteed.

4. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all personal, business, and sensitive information shared by other participants and the Coach within the Program.

This includes:

  • Group calls

  • Community spaces

  • Live events

  • Shared documents or discussions

Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the Program are the intellectual property of Heather Boersma and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

6. No Guarantees

You understand and agree that:

  • The Program does not guarantee specific results, income, business outcomes, or personal transformation.

  • Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.

  • You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

7. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program who:

  • Is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the group

  • Violates confidentiality

  • Engages in harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior

Removal for conduct reasons does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heather Boersma shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program.

You agree that our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Program.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By enrolling in the Founders Flow Mastermind and checking the required box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Heather Boersma and supersedes any prior discussions or representations.
